About Stacia Keogh

My story is one of creative adventure — and of running hard after someone else’s definition of success until I chose to redefine what success, power, and value truly mean for me.

I come from a rich background as a performer and educator. As an Artist in Residence, director, actor, and teacher working across the USA, Ireland, and the UK, I witnessed first-hand how story connects us — to ourselves, to each other, to our history — and helps us imagine new futures. Story was never just performance; it was transformation.

I moved to London to pursue my theatrical dream, touring and working as a jobbing actor while also serving for over 15 years as a teacher and examiner at LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Arts). During that time, I supported countless students and professionals in discovering and trusting their creative voice.

Like many actors, I balanced performing with “resting” work — collaborating with advertising agencies and production houses including J. Walter Thompson, The Really Useful Group, Imagination, and the Education Team at Kew Gardens. These experiences gave me a rare insider’s view of corporate culture: what inspires people, what disengages them, and why some messages land while others fall flat. I learned how performance, presence, and story translate powerfully beyond the stage.

Over the years, I’ve worked with organisations ranging from Kaplan to StartUp Discovery School, Emerge, Oriflame, Bosch, and City & Guild, delivering sessions on Personal Impact, Change Management, Team Building, Public Speaking, Business Storytelling, and Pitching. Again and again, I saw the same truth: when people are disconnected from their voice, their message loses power — no matter how strong the content.

Stepping back into the recording booth, I found a new home for my creative voice through voice acting, bringing characters to life in video games, animation, corporate narration, and audiobooks. Around the same time, I launched my podcast Finding My Voice and continued working with communities as a storyteller of traditional tales with a contemporary twist — deepening my understanding of what story can be and do.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of voice, story, and embodiment. My unique skill lies in showing people how to connect intuitively with their message through somatic practices — so their voice isn’t just heard, but felt. When you embody your message, you don’t just speak more confidently; you empower your audience to act.
